An international network of antiviolence experts and advocates that serves as a source of discussion, information, and support for both the experts/advocates and the victims.

Criminals Behind Bars
A support-based web site for victims of prisoners who continue to harass, stalk, or otherwise terrorize from behind bars. Information on stalking resources, stalking and the law, and frequently asked questions about stalking.

National Center for Victims of Crime (NCVC)
The NCVC is the nation’s leading resource and advocacy organization for crime victims. The mission of the NCVC is to forge a national commitment to help victims of crime rebuild their lives. In July 200, the NCVC launched the Stalking Resource Center (SRC). The SRCs mission is raise national awareness of stalking and to encourage the development and implementation of multidisciplinary responses to stalking in local communities across the country. The SRC also has a toll-free victim’s assistance help line (1.800.FYI.CALL)

National Domestic Violence Hotline (NDVH)
The NDVH serves as the only center in the nation that provides information regarding 5000 local and nationwide shelters and service providers available for victims, friends and family who often call for life saving help. The Hotline (1-800-799-7233) operates 24 hours a day in more than 140 languages with a TTY line (1-800-787-3224) available for the deaf.

National Organization for Victim Assistance
The National Organization for Victim Assistance is an organization of victim and witness assistance programs and practitioners, criminal justice agencies and professionals, mental health professionals, researchers, former victims and survivors, and others committed to the recognition and implementation of victim rights and services. Information and referrals for victims of crime and disaster can be obtained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1-800-TRY-NOVA.

Office for Victims of Crime (OVC)
The OVC was established by the 1984 Victims Crime Act (VOCA) to oversee diverse programs that benefit victims of crime. OVC is committed to enhancing the nation’s capacity to assist crime victims and to provide leadership in changing attitudes, policies, and practices to promote justice and healing for all victims of crime. The web site includes information on research and statistics, grant programs, and other resources.

Office on Violence Against Women (OVW)
The mission of the OVW is to provide leadership and the strengthen services for victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The web site contains resources and links to publications, events and meetings, and OVW grant opportunities.

San Diego County Stalking Strike Force
The San Diego District Attorney’s Office established the Strike Force in 1994. The web site includes security tips to victims, information on cyber stalking, and link to other local and national resources.

Stalking Behavior
This site provides information on stalking behaviors, definitions, resources, and links.

The Stalking Victims Sanctuary
The Stalking Victims Sanctuary is a single point of contact for professional services, organizations, and individuals worldwide.

Victim Assistance Online
Victim Assistance Online is an information, research, and networking resource for victim assistance specialists, professionals in related disciplines, and all interested in the field of victimology (the study of the roles played by victims in crimes against them).

WiredPatrol
A division of WiredSafety, a worldwide Internet safety, help, and education organization. Cyberstalking and harassment: e-mail counseling for victims of stalking and harassment; includes frequently asked questions, self-help guide, and information about cyberstalking laws, among other topics.
