Obama's "body man": his dual citizenship and
security clearance issues

 

Background:
Marvin D. Nicholson was John Kerry's "body man" during the 2004 Campaign for President.
Mr. Nicholson was involved in an altercation with Bill O'Reilly of the Fox News Network's O'Reilly Factor
in January during the New Hampshire primary.

There are generally 5 recognized clearance levels: Top Secret, Secret, Confidential, Restricted and
Unclassified. The President's "body man" has, of course, top secret clearance because of the proximity
to the President's conversations, strategy sessions and paperwork and documents.

Marvin Nichsolson continues as Barack Obama's "body man". The State Department's statement, states
"dual nationals owe allegiance to both the United States and the foreign country. They
are required to obey the laws of both countries".

The White House has never had a dual national as a personal assistant t or "body man' to the President.
