Berkland had his license revoked by the State of Missouri as Medical Examiner because,
"falsified eight autopsy reports"

Medical Examiner Michael Berkland was suspended in 2007 by the State of Florida as a Medical
Examiner because he did not comply with the previous order that stated he had to complete autopsy
reports that were part of the 95% left undone
