Charmaine  A. Kelly
Chief Deputy,  Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections

Kindly review your letter of January 22, 2009. www.webofdeception.com/coulterexemption.html#letter

You are in error.  The request was for  the "complete voting history and voters information including
elections voted in, when first registered to vote in Palm Beach County".    With over 20 years in the
department, you are aware redacting an address does not mean redacting an entire voting record.

Please be  reminded that you have the legal designation of Custodian of the Records.

For the benefit of the visitors to www.webofdeception.com/coulterexemption.html here are what
your responsibilities and obligations are:

(e)  If the person who has the custody of a public record contends that all or part of the record is exempt
from inspection and copying, he or she shall state the basis of the exemption that he or she contends is
applicable to the record, including the statutory citation to an exemption created or afforded by statute.
